The product pages offer a choice of ordering a branded pre-production sample. The option can be seen as a term in the drop-down menu for the product’s quantity. By this term, we mean a fully finished, customised sample. It will comply with your chosen product configuration and will display your own artwork.
The pre-production sample is an exact representation of a future order of the same specification. It follows the same production stages and techniques as the production of a bulk order. In this way, it shows the level of quality and the specifications which you can trust us to provide for a large number of products.
Placing an order for a branded pre-production sample follows the same process as placing an order for bulk quantity. Please read more about the LuxeShop order process in the Help Centre.
The unit price and total for a pre-production sample on the product page include the direct costs for 1 customised Pre-production sample. These costs are not refundable.
NB: The cost for a pre-production sample, including the transport cost, is payable by the customer in advance prior to sample shipment. The sum will be confirmed during the correspondence with our packaging experts.
The Stock samples are exemplary single copies of the products in the LuxeShop. They are physical representations of some of the configurations that can be seen on the product pages. Please note, the stock samples are pre-printed and cannot be customised.
In most cases, the stock samples can be posted in a short period of time (usually 2-3 working days).
You may request a stock sample for reference to one or more of the following product features:
Each product page has its own form of enquiry for Stock sample availability. You can reach it using the Stock Sample Availability form on the product page. The form will be directed to our team when you click on Send Request and our packaging experts will contact you for confirmation.
NB: The transport cost for a stock sample is payable by the customer in advance, prior to sample shipment.
Branded pre-production sample or regular order quantity: both follow the same steps:

After artwork and prices are fully acceptable from your side you will be invited to sign off an official Order confirmation document.
Approved artwork and the signed Order form will be reachable in your online account profile.

Your packaging products are made to order, according to your specification.

Our production facility is placed in Bulgaria. All products are constructed, tested and approved by our experts and designers.
We keep stock of all the papers listed in our Stock papers page.
Your packaging or presentation products will be produced in nPack’s facilities by our well-trained team.

All products are made to order, according to your specification and in compliance with your approved artwork proof file.
If you have already approved a pre-production sample we will meet its specification exactly. If some features of a pre-production sample need to be changed, we will respect and bear in mind your preference.

The production time is different for different product types and depends on:
The production time for repeat orders starts from 2 weeks.
The production time for first orders starts from 3 weeks.
When you’re ordering multiple items, their production time may be different. If you’d like them to be delivered together please let us know during the ordering process and we will discuss the options with you.
At this stage, balance payment may be required depending on your payment plan. More about the payment plans you can read in the Pricing & Payment section of the Help Centre page.
If you want to place a repeat order please let us know by e-mail. Please let us know your previous order number and which Approved artwork proof file we shall use. This will speed up the order process significantly.
Your foil blocking or embossing dies and cutters for repeat orders are stored with us. Please contact us if you want us to send the dies or cutters to you.
There are no expenses for tooling for repeat orders.
If you have ordered one or more products from the LuxeShop Your Approved artwork proof files and your signed Order forms are reachable for future reference in your online account profile.
When the production is completed and your packaging is safely packed you will receive confirmation by email. We will wait for you to confirm that it’s OK to proceed with the shipment.
Balance payment may be required depending on your payment plan. If this is the case, we will inform you 2-3 days ahead about the date the shipment will be ready for dispatch. You’ll have time to organise the balance payment so we can ship on time. We will organise shipment after we receive proof of the balance payment.
Each product page displays the cost for delivery of the chosen quantity of the product to one address via Standard Delivery.
In case the DHL Economy service is not applicable or not preferable, there are other options to choose from. If the product page doesn’t show the transport cost to your country, or if the listed method needs to be improved, you simply need to choose Other Country from the drop-down list. Please use the notes section in the shopping cart to let us know your best option from the list below:
NB: Delivery delays can occur. Please allow additional working days especially during winter holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The price listed as Unit price shows the cost per 1 piece of packaging according to a selected configuration of product features.
For the same configuration of product features, the Unit price will change in relation to the selected order quantity. (Hint: Larger quantities mean lower cost.)
By clicking on varying product features you will be able to see instantly if and how the change affects the Unit price.
The Unit price is displayed in Euro. It is the ex-works cost of a packaging item, i.e. it does not include any additional expenses such as transport cost, VAT, customs duties & other taxes, blocking dies, etc.
The sum listed as Total shows the amount resulting from the multiplication of the Unit price by the order quantity number.
It changes instantly with the change of the Unit Price, following the selection of different features and/or quantity.
The Total is displayed in Euro. It is the ex-works cost of the chosen quantity of this product, i.e. it still does not include any additional expenses such as transport cost, VAT, customs duties & other taxes, blocking dies, etc.
The Total for your entire project including other items from the LuxeShop can be seen in the shopping cart.
After order confirmation, the Total of your confirmed order will be available for future reference in your profile account.
Transport Costs are calculated separately and are payable in addition to the Total of the order.
The current page displays the cost for delivery of the chosen quantity of this product to one address via DHL Economy service (5-7 working days). More about our Standard delivery you can read in our Shipping page (/ Standard Delivery.
nPack LuxeShop detects your location automatically and will calculate delivery to the detected country. You may choose to change the country of delivery and the transport cost will change accordingly.

If you Start a project with more than one packaging product from the LuxeShop, a combined shipping price will be visible in the Shopping Cart. The updated transport cost for the combined shipment will be lower than the sum of the transport costs of the products if ordered separately.
These are expenses which occur with each new artwork design. They won’t occur again if you reorder new quantities with the same design.
1. Foil blocking dies
For each branding position, a new blocking die will be produced.
The cost for a regular blocking die for 1 Artwork position, up to 100 sq.cm., is 35 Euro. If your Artwork exceeds this size, you will be consulted by our Packaging experts at a later stage.
The sum for your new blocking dies will be listed in your online Order once we have the final artwork approval.

2. Artwork/design help
The supplied Artwork needs to comply with the Design guide references listed in our Help Centre. In case you don’t have your logo, tagline etc, in the required format, you will be invited to use some help from our specialists. In case you accept our suggested help, the formatting for each branding position will cost 30 Euro.
We can also help with the repositioning of existing Artwork elements over new packaging items. The new arrangement will cost 30 Euro.
The sum for formatting and adjusting your Artwork will be listed in your Invoice.
The items in nPack’s LuxeShop are manufactured in Bulgaria and exported all over the world. The laws of Bulgaria, the EU, and the laws of the corresponding country of delivery will be applied to each delivery.
VAT, if due, will be listed in the [..Shopping cart.. ?] ? amount.
Other taxes that occur locally in the country of delivery will not be listed in the [..Shopping cart.. ?] ? amount.
