The founder
“N” stands for Nadia in Npack
Nadia Minkova, the company founder, launched a family business as a sole proprietor named Npack. The beginning was set in 1994 in Varna.
During this period, branded luxury paper bags were not popular in Bulgaria, and access to information about technologies, materials and machines was not easy. The only way for a 21-year-old girl to start making such bags was to fold them entirely by hand. Between manual work and visits to local clients, the first years passed. And thus until 1998, when she acquired the first creasing machine. Then came the team, without whom all this would have been just a story without a sequel.
The decision to produce luxury paper bags still defines the direction of exclusivity we follow in all our products today.

Packaging recyclability
We provide information if the packaging is 100% recyclable or if the removal of unrecyclable elements is applicable.
Paper origin
For each project, we provide information if the papers considered are of 100% recycled origin, partially recycled, bleached or non-bleached.
Paper waste management
We provide estimates about the approximate amount of offcuts from paper sheets for each order and we advise on their possible use for smaller, complementary products.
Carbon footprint management
We keep stock materials in quantities that allow for the most optimal re-supply schedule. For our clients, we organize flat product delivery and nested products where applicable.
Ethical production
Our priorities are fair wages and a positive working environment.
Upcycling products
In cases when paper offcuts are present and not utilized for an order, we store them for future use and promote their origin and possible benefits.
Optimisation
We won’t hesitate to offer sustainable and organic variants for every packaging project, including eco-friendly and emission-free print finishes, recyclable paper bag handles, Inlays and separators from paper and solidboard. We also suggest small changes in the dimensions where the paper waste will be significantly reduced.
